Meet Your Teacher
I’m Laura — a Children’s Yoga Teacher Trainer, Early Years Educator, and Yoga Teacher with over 25 years’ experience working with children and 12+ years teaching yoga and mindfulness.
I bring a unique blend of educational insight, therapeutic yoga, and playful mindfulness into everything I offer.
I'm from the UK and now live in Hong Kong, though my work has taken me across the world—leading trainings, collaborating with schools, and supporting educators across Asia, Europe, and beyond. My approach is practical, evidence-based and science-backed, designed to be both effortless to use and deeply impactful. At the heart of everything I teach is a commitment to holistic, compassionate care—combining therapeutic techniques, creative movement, and emotional support in a way that feels accessible, playful and profoundly nurturing.
Whether I’m mentoring teachers, leading a workshop or creating new resources, my mission remains the same: to support others in sharing yoga in a way that’s authentic, mindful, and truly child-centred.
