FREE Kids Yoga Plan & Resources:
Imagine if children didn’t want your yoga class to end...

Get a FREE ready-to-teach lesson and beautiful resource pack designed around how children actually engage, learn and regulate. Created from 25+ years of working with children and 13+ years of specialising in children's yoga and mindfulness.

Because if you've ever spent two hours planning a 45-minute class only to have children lose interest after 20 mins…

If you've wondered whether you've planned enough, struggled to bring your ideas together into a class that flows, or heard the words “I’m bored” or seen the eye-rolls, when you’ve put so much effort into preparing…

You don't need more activities. You need to understand what makes a children's yoga class work.

This free ocean-themed lesson plan and resources gives you a class you can actually use, thoughtfully structured around children's energy, behaviour and nervous systems, with meaningful movement, regulation, play, creativity and emotional wellbeing woven throughout.

And the resources? Beautiful, gentle and intentionally designed, something you'll be genuinely excited to put in front of children.

These are the kinds of classes that have children absorbed in what they're doing, focused on their learning without it feeling like a lesson and leaving the room asking: “When can I come back?”

See what a thoughtfully designed kids yoga class can feel like.

"Laura is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever come across in any field and exudes tons of passion for what she does"
- Jessica, Educational Psychologist

I’m Laura - yoga teacher, educator and founder of Divine Light Yoga, which I created over 10-years ago with a vision to bring therapeutic, nurturing and truly supportive yoga to children, families, and the educators who care for them. With over 25-years of experience working with children, including my early career as an international school teacher, I bring a unique blend of educational insight, therapeutic yoga, and playful mindfulness into everything I offer.

I now live in Hong Kong, though my work has taken me across the world, leading trainings, collaborating with schools, and supporting educators across Asia, Europe, and beyond. My approach is practical, evidence-based and science-backed, designed to be both effortless to use and deeply impactful. At the heart of everything I teach is a commitment to holistic, compassionate care, combining therapeutic techniques, creative movement, and emotional support in a way that feels accessible, playful and profoundly nurturing.

Whether I’m mentoring teachers, leading a workshop or creating new resources, my mission remains the same: to support others in sharing yoga in a way that’s authentic, mindful, and truly child-centred.
