"I gave one of Laura's free courses a go and I was hooked! I learned so much in that 45 minutes that I couldn’t wait for more.

I completed Laura’s 95-Hour yoga course; the course was interactive, soooo informative, fun and I met the most amazing people on it. I felt completely ready to teach yoga to children and have been doing so online for the last three weeks.

The training didn’t stop at the end of the course. Laura is available to answer questions we have, give advice and support us whenever we need it.

I would highly recommend any/all of Laura’s courses, you won’t be disappointed".

Meet Laura

Founder & Lead Teacher

I’m Laura - yoga teacher, educator and founder of Divine Light Yoga, which I created over ten years ago with a vision to bring therapeutic, nurturing and truly supportive yoga to children, families, and the educators who care for them. With over 25-years of experience working with children, including my early career as an international school teacher, I bring a unique blend of educational insight, therapeutic yoga, and playful mindfulness into everything I offer.

I now live in Hong Kong, though my work has taken me across the world—leading trainings, collaborating with schools, and supporting educators across Asia, Europe, and beyond. My approach is practical, evidence-based and science-backed, designed to be both effortless to use and deeply impactful. At the heart of everything I teach is a commitment to holistic, compassionate care—combining therapeutic techniques, creative movement, and emotional support in a way that feels accessible, playful and profoundly nurturing.

Whether I’m mentoring teachers, leading a workshop or creating new resources, my mission remains the same: to support others in sharing yoga in a way that’s authentic, mindful, and truly child-centred.
