Free Live Workshop for Yoga Teachers
This workshop is your first step into teaching kids yoga with clarity, confidence and joy.
Not a formula.
Not a shortcut.

A grounded, inspiring introduction to what kids yoga really involves — and how to
explore this pathway creatively, safely and professionally.

And the best part?
The skills you develop teaching kids don’t stay in kids classes — they elevate every class you teach.

If you’re a yoga teacher who’s curious about teaching children, this workshop is designed as a discovery point — a chance to understand the essentials before stepping into kids yoga classes.

Many teachers assume kids yoga is about:
-
simplifying adult yoga
-
adding games or props
-
making poses “fun”
-

In reality, kids yoga requires a completely different teaching skill set — one that is creative, playful, deeply meaningful and incredibly rewarding to develop.

In this free workshop, I’ll guide you through the essential foundations of kids yoga teaching in a practical, energising and genuinely enjoyable way — so that you can:

• get a clear, inspiring picture of what teaching kids yoga actually looks like
• understand why specialist training makes teaching kids feel easier, safer and more enjoyable
• discover how these skills can expand your confidence, creativity and impact as a teacher
• explore whether this pathway feels aligned and exciting for you

You’ll leave with clarity, curiosity and a sense of what’s possible — not overwhelm.

And the skills you learn here will ripple into every class you teach.

How a Kids Yoga Teacher Training Benefits You as a Teacher
Training in kids yoga isn’t only about teaching children.

The skills you develop through a Children's Yoga Teacher Training naturally carry into every area of your teaching.

Teachers often tell me that after training in kids yoga, they feel:

• more confident in their teaching
• more creative in their sequencing
• more intuitive and responsive as teachers
• clearer in their communication + cuing
• better at reading energy and regulation
• more playful and authentic in their teaching
• less attached to “perfect cues” and rigid plans

Because when you teach children, you learn to:
-
think on your feet
-
respond in real time
-
simplify without losing depth
-
communicate with clarity and warmth
-
hold structure while allowing freedom

These are skills that elevate adult classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings too.

Many teachers come to kids yoga training because they want to expand their teaching skills and creativity.
