RESET is a weekly, science-informed well-being program designed to help you:

  • Release stress and overwhelm

  • Regulate your nervous system in real time

  • Build emotional resilience

  • Reconnect with your body, breath and sense of self

Each 60-minute session offers a blend of:

  • Deep guided relaxation (like a nourishing shavasana)

  • Breath practices that soothe and reset your system

  • Gentle somatic tools you can use throughout your day

  • A calm, supportive space — live online or on your own time

Whether you’re exhausted after a long day, feeling anxious before it starts, or somewhere in between,

RESET meets you where you are.

This is completely guided, accessible to all body types and brains — no previous experience of yoga, meditation, or mindfulness is needed.


If you have a busy, non-stop mind and find it hard to slow down, you're in the right place.


Laura will guide you to pause in a way that actually works.
How do we know this? Because she’s lived it herself — as a once-stressed-out school teacher who’s spent the last 12 years learning, refining and teaching these practices in real life.​
