Whether you’re exhausted after a long day, feeling anxious before it starts, or somewhere in between,
RESET meets you where you are.
And the best part?
No equipment needed. No pressure to perform.
You can do this seated or lying on your bed, in your pyjamas if you like.
This is completely guided, accessible to all body types and brains — no previous experience of yoga, meditation, or mindfulness is needed.

Laura will guide you to pause in a way that actually works.
How do we know this? Because she’s lived it herself — as a once-stressed-out school teacher who’s spent the last 12 years learning, refining and teaching these practices in real life.
Sessions run every Tuesday evening
