All classes are led by Laura, founder & lead teacher of Divine Light Yoga. Laura is an experienced, Yoga Alliance Registered yoga teacher and teacher trainer with over 1200-Hours of attended trainings and 10-years experience of teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Sivananda, Therapeutic Yoga, Children, Family &

Pre-Natal Yoga.

We welcome yoga practitioners of every level, so whether it's your first class or you're an experienced yoga practitioner, Laura will ensure that you feel supported, guided and completely relaxed throughout the class as she tailors each session to the needs and interests of her students.

Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra
 

A  restorative, gentle vinyasa yoga session for ultimate release and relaxation of your body and clarity of your mind.

Our Slow Flow session will bring relaxation and release to the body as we combine gentle vinyasa flow (movement with breathe) and restorative poses, whilst our Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation technique also know as the "Yogic Sleep") will bring relaxation and release to the mind.

Gentle vinyasa flow has a focus on stretching and releasing the physical body through more restorative poses, gentle movements and guided breathing. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that is fully guided with the focus on easing and soothing the mind and nervous system.

This class requires little effort of the body and has a focus of bringing ease and release into both the mind and body.

Candle Light Yin & Yoga Nidra
 

A  restorative, relaxing yoga session by candle light, infused with aromatherapy & music, for ultimate rest & relaxation of mind and body.

Our Yin Yoga session will bring relaxation and release to the body whilst our Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation technique also know as the "Yogic Sleep") will bring relaxation and release to the mind.

Detox Yoga Flow

A dynamic, playful vinyasa flow with specific poses and breathing techniques to detox both the mind and body.

Combining strength, power, twists and folds to detox the body; breathing techniques and guided meditation to clear and detox the mind.

All levels welcome.

Family Yoga Class
for 5Years + and their parent / caregiver

In this playful and calming yoga and mindfulness class, we combine creative yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditations with story-telling, music, games and group time, to ensure that all children feel confident, calm and engaged throughout the entire class.

Bring immersed in the 360-degree digital art and theme-based music ensures that this session is engaging and nourishing for children's minds and bodies.

Laura has 20-years experience of working with children and teens in both education and yoga. Laura's approach to teaching is inclusive, supportive and interactive as she creates a community environment for all children to learn, thrive and grow in all areas of their health and development.
