Space to Breathe & Be.
Restorative Yoga & Wellness Retreat
11th - 13th April 2022
Are you feeling tired, mentally exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed from the last 2-years of stress, panic and unpredictability of our world, our future and even your day-to-day routine?
Are you finding it too difficult to remain strong? Is it an effort to motivate yourself? Do you feel overwhelmed with making decisions, tired and unfocused?
Like many, your nervous system has probably been in overdrive for the last 2-years and it's now taking an effect on your body, mental state and emotions.
So now it's time to reboot your nervous system, rest your mind, restore your body and regain your motivation, energy and clarity - but first, rest.
2-Nights / 3-Days of Restorative Yoga & Wellness
In this 3-night Yoga & Wellness Retreat, I'll guide you through some restorative yoga practices and immersive nature experiences to work directly with your nervous system to rest your body and clear your mind so that you can feel recharged, re-energised, calm and focused.
This is not only yoga-based but science-based as I combine my experience of working therapeutically, restoratively and within Ayurveda, alongside my knowledge of the nervous system, so that I can provide an experience that works with your biology to ensure that you feel truly rested, clear-minded and energised after you leave the retreat.
Expect Gentle Yoga Flows and Restorative Yoga classes twice a day in our gorgeous yoga yurt overlooking the green countryside.
All led by me (Laura, founder and lead teacher of Divine Light Yoga).
All classes will include long guided relaxations with my hand-picked essential oils and anxiety reducing music and sounds, to create a full sensory experience.
You'll have time, space and guidance to journal after each class, if you feel inspired to do so.
Each class will offer variations so if you're a beginner yogi, in need of prenatal guidance or working with an injury, I'll be able to support and guide you throughout each practice
We'll spend 2-nights at beautiful Wootton Park Wellness in Hendley-in-Arden, Warwickshire.
Our hosts for the retreat, Wootton Park Wellness, is surrounded by countryside, green hills and forest. They believe in bringing people back to nature through luxury and sensory experiences in the countryside, which makes it the perfect location to disconnect from the busyness of life, and reconnect with nature.
We have a beautifully restored Tudor Farmhouse & Bakehouse, in which each of the 8 unique rooms are elegantly themed around different places around the Globe - which suits our diverse and unique international community.
All rooms are en-suite and have king beds, or you can choose twin beds if you'd like to share with a friend or another Divine Light Yogi.
In addition to the Farmhouse, we also have 2 cute and spacious megapods set in the woodlands, which are en-suite, have a gorgeous view and a private terrace and hot tub!
These pods are perfect for 2 people sharing and offer you a little extra quiet time and privacy.
During our stay, we'll have 3 delicious, homemade meals each day plus afternoon tea daily.
Think healthy granola bowls for breakfast, buddha bowls for lunch and wood-fired pizzas in the evening - as well as afternoon tea and cake. Delicious!
All water, teas, juice and coffees are included as well as delicious mocktails one evening.
The chefs are happy to cater to any dietary requirements
